| YF series PS foamed profile & plate extrusion line has compact structure, good plastification, high output, long life and other advantages. This line uses a HLS65 single screw extruder or a HLS100 single screw extruder which is equipped with the inverter, imported electronic components and PT100 platinum resistance for a wide adjusting range and precise temperature control. The down stream equipment is composed by special designed dies, water tank, thermo printer and etc for producing different color and different types of PS products. The stable haul off unit and cutter guarantee the precision of production. |
